Flor Racoma

Flor Racoma is Mariana Eye Institute’s invaluable accountant and medical billing specialist.  She has been with our Saipan eye clinic since its first year in 1998.  She holds certification from the American Academy of Ophthalmologist as an Ophthalmic Coding Specialist.  Flor holds a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.  Married with two children, Flor has been a resident of Saipan since the early 1990’s.
